Guard Chandra Bheda pranayama with essential precautions. Moderate practice, listen to your body, avoid when sick or with respiratory issues, keep the nose clean, and practice on an empty stomach.
Practice chandra bheda pranayama in a comfortable seated posture, inhale through the left and exhale through the right, using controlled finger placement for 10 rounds, with gradual progression and precautions.
Breath is the most vital process of the body, therefore breathing properly will lead you to much healthier life.
In this course you will learn 3 different breathing techniques:
1. Surya Bheda Pranayama is a single nostril breathing technique, where we only breathe through our Right Nostil, activating our body's heating energy, our Pingala Nadi.
2. Chandra Bheda Pranayama is a single nostril breathing technique, where we only breathe through our Left Nostil, activating our body's cooling energy, our Ida Nadi.
3. Nadi Shodhana is a breathing technique, where we alternate between breathing through Both Nostils, trying to activate the Sushumna Nadi and to bring our whole body to balance.
This course is designed for yoga beginners, yoga practitioners and anyone else, who want to learn more about the healing effects of this 3 breathing teachniques, the theory and the correct practice.
I recommend you to do this 3 breathing techniques every day (choose only one to start and practice that one for a while before moving on the other two), to see the effects of the practice. Surya Bheda is best to practice in the morning, Chandra Bheda in the evening and Nadi Shodhana anytime of the day.
If you have any doubt come back to this course; remember that nothing happens overnight!
Keep observing, keep practicing, keep growing:)
