Description

Tai Chi is one kind of martial art that you can use for your good health as well as for self-defense. Tai Chi – sometimes referred to as meditation in movement - brings balance to your mind and body. Its regular practice obviously improves your health and fitness. However, not many people know how to use Tai Chi for their self-defense. People wish to practice Tai Chi for various reasons. But when they start most of them find out that Tai Chi is not as simple as it looks like. It seems difficult and complex. Master Quang has been training Tai Chi since he was 8 years old. After more than 20 years of practice he discovered the keys to easier training and understanding the main Tai Chi steps and movements, and he has been passing this knowledge to his students since then.

In this course Master Quang will teach you 36 Tai Chi techniques including Tai Chi circles and more that you can easily use for your self-defense. You will learn how to combine each step with correct breathing for the efficient self-defense and balance to your body. The course is divided into 12 lessons, in each lesson you will learn 3 special techniques. You can practise these 36 techniques separately for self-defense or you can combine them together to make your own Tai Chi form with self-defense techniques for health and balance.
