Losing your energy and gaining weight is what I experienced with my autoimmune disease. I didn't have the energy to live the life I wanted to live, and that is no way of living.
In 2017, out of desperation, I completed a 30-day juice-only plan, and it changed my life for the better. I felt great, my energy doubled and I lost weight!
Since then, I have incorporated juicing in my daily life, and my aim is to drink a juice a day. As I do not enjoy eating raw fruits and vegetables, juicing is a great way for me to ensure I support my immune system and boost my health.
Now, I am on a mission to inspire people to drink a juice a day.
