This course is about:

* The grip: correct orientation of the racket in the hand and the fingers on the blade and rubbers, the level of relaxation while holding the racket.

* The stance: the features of the player`s stance and its relation to the width and length of the table, as well as the rotation angle of the body to the table.

* The key point for the stroke is the next stroke: how the «at this moment» stroke depends on the previous stroke and affects the next one.
