Elina Doronkina is a certified and registered Transpersonal Art Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Wellness Instructor, TV and Radio presenter, writer and speaker. From 2007 running her own Anti-Stress Clinic, helping people with depression, stress, anxiety, fear, phobia, addiction and physical ailments.
Elina is the author of various published articles and books on health, wellbeing, energetic and emotional balance and natural way of living. Author and presenter of TV programs on natural remedies and way of living. She has created a very special natural healing system Prangana Fitness: Lazy Workouts. This program is for those who cannot bend like yogis, because of physical restrictions, age or traumas, but would like to stay active on all levels.

Prangana Fitness is a succession of Lazy Workouts containing breathing exercises, self-massage techniques, active and guided meditations, dancing, singing and light movements. These extremely simple exercises help prevent inflammation; remove joints pain, arthritis, swelling, infection and toxins from your body; improve blood and lymph circulation, hearing, vision, flexibility, metabolism and many more.
As well as maintaining your health on a physical level, Elina’s system assists in restoring emotional, mental and energy balance; sleep, memory and mood improvement; ability to focus; removing stress, depression and fear; bringing you back to great active life filled with joy and wellness. Elina is running workshops and group classes in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Russia. She is running individual sessions, distant healings and Weekly Energy Readings.
She is a creator and facilitator of special classes for people who went through emotional or physical trauma, for elderly people and those with disabilities to improve their communication skills, physical and mental activity, memory, concentration and emotional balance.
Her own Prangana Fitness: Lazy Workouts consist of a combination of hypnosis, specially designed simple exercises to improve health on all levels, such as: breathing, visualisation, self-massage techniques, and simple body movements. The techniques and exercises are so easy that can be done by people with disabilities or excessive weight.
In spite of the fact that exercises are for those who cannot bend like yogis, they keep people physically and mentally active, help restore mental balance, joints flexibility, lose weight, reduce joints swelling and pain, help preventing arthritis and inflammations, reduce cardiovascular risk factors and risk of falls.
Lazy Workouts contain extremely effective techniques helping to facilitate fast recovery and effective maintenance of energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical levels. Elina's program was introduced by Nature Care College (Sydney) to its students as a short course.
In her art therapy group classes and individual sessions, she utilises drawing, painting, collages, dolls and masks making, clay work, dancing, singing, acting, breathing techniques, games, light physical movements and special meditation processes to help clients improve their communication skills, ability to express themselves and restore emotional wellbeing, mental and physical balance, as well as boost their energy levels.
