This course is designed for everyone who wishes to learn and practice Yoga in an ultimate safe and balanced way, to create body, mind, and energy-body awareness, and to become aware of and restore vital life energy, which is called Prana.
Another speciality of this course is learning proper body mechanics, grounding, and breathing. This releases immediate stress from the body and mind and will allow you to move into and out of postures effortlessly, with no energy wasted.
Guided with the right focus and breath, there is space for the prana flow.
Accessible for all levels. Beginners can do the simple forms of the postures, and the advanced practitioners can explore variations of postures and deepen the experience.
The guidance and experience of the energy flow within the practice is a benefit for Yoga teachers who want to add Prana awareness in their Yoga teachings.
The awareness is directed to the sensing of the Prana flow, which is beneficial for the body and mind and brings about awareness into the deepest levels of the whole being.
