We are living in a stressful world especially those working in corporate world. People are finding it hard to cope with lives . Finding a balance, a 'me time". Either they think self care is selfish or too expensive. People don't know how to set up and easy and cheap self care routine. Self care is still underestimated or most people think its about going to club, Friday Happy hours. Thy don't know what specific self are they need because they are unaware about different types of self care-social, professional ,spiritual or personal. This course will give them some tools to be empowered.. which is important to prevent burnout and mental health issues
Self care is increasingly becoming more important as it is unfortunate to see young people are dying due to stress. Unfortunately post covid,things have become more complicated. More people struggling with anxiety and panic attack yet feel guilty to have a self care routine especially parents.
People need to differentiate a healthy self care and unhealthy one. Most people will opt for drinks,cigarettes which unfortunately cause more harm. People need to know the real concept of self care and its not really about taking a day off an go shopping. Its more deep.

Pallavi Jagessur is from Mauritius. A former Human Resource Coordinator and is a Life Coach specialised in Relationship and Career Interview Coach and she is also an Art Therapist, She is a former Yoga Coach. Pallavi is also a warrior of Transverse Myelitis and she works with special needs children. She has a specialisation in Child Psychology too.
