Welcome to the second part of Module 1 in which we'll be carrying out a guided meditation together.
All the meditations we do in this course will start with focusing on the breath. And when we do this you’ll automatically move into the operating system of the subconscious.
Before you start the video find somewhere in your home or workspace you can sit comfortably and quietly, undisturbed for approximately 15 minutes.
If you'd really like to make progress as soon as possible, I strongly recommend clearing 10-20 minutes twice a day 'everyday' to sit comfortably, eyes closed and simply focus on the breath. I assure you, your busy mind will fight you every step of the way. The last thing your mind and body want to do is to sit in silence without any distractions. So if you go ahead and do this, get ready for a busy mind in protest. Simply continue to sit in silence bringing your awareness away from thoughts and back to the breath. If you happen to be in a very noisy environment the headphones with some nice soothing meditation music is a great idea.
The file attached below is a supporting document which introduces you to the practice of setting an intention before we sit down to meditate.
Enjoy

Here we are in Module 2 of this Meditation course and I would really like to know how you went with the meditation in the last module. Please don't hesitate to send an email or contact me on facebook or messenger.
In this Module we'll be focusing on how our habitual patterns prevent us from making changes and how meditation can break through the cycle.
I've attached below a supporting document which addresses our habitual cycles and how they can be broken. I hope you find it useful.

It is time to do another meditation together.
I have called this meditation 'Transcending the Wheel of Karma.'
So many of us have been on a cycle of unwanted habitual patterns for a very long time and this meditation is dedicated to transcending that cycle and becoming truly present so we can start making choices from a higher state of consciousness.
Please allow 20 minutes for this meditation.
And before you start the video ensure you have a comfortable place to sit where you can safely close your eyes. You may also like a blanket close by as the body can become a little cold as it goes into deep relaxation.
Also find below a supporting article on a great little technique called S.T.O.P. which I have found to be a real life saver when i'm confronted with a challenge.

How is your meditation practice going?
I do hope you are finding time in your busy day to carry out your practice. Our habitual routines are very powerful, so don't be hard on yourself if you've not spent the time you would have liked to practice your meditation.
In this module we'll be learning how to set an intention, create your desire, determine what it is you want and then to surrender those plans to essentially a higher power, a divine intelligence.
A wonderful little book I recommend in this video is 'The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success' by Dr Deepak Chopra. I usually keep a copy in my handbag and there's one beside me on my desk where I work. Its a book you can refer to over and over when you require a source of inspiration or a little guidance.
Enjoy the Module
Please also find below a link to an additional practical worksheet 'Thoughts are Things.'

This module may have been more appropriately called 'Taming the Ego!'
Without a doubt we all have a very unique personality with all of its highly commendable and not so good qualities that have been built on a lifetime of experiences. This is what we call the Ego. It's the part of us that is quite happy to run our life subconsciously more than 90% of the time. So, if we're serious about change then its important to identify with our subconscious patterns and start to become the observer of our own mind and body.
Please also find below, supporting material for this module.
Enjoy the Module.

Welcome to the first part of Module 6 where we will be learning a very special breathing technique called the Ujjayi Breath.
It’s a calming breath that has a profound effect whilst bringing our mind and body into coherence. It slows down your thoughts giving you space for clarity and peace.
Enjoy

Here we are in the final part of this course. And for this module we'll be doing a very traditional meditation together as we journey through the main energy centres of the body known as the Chakras.
Please also find at the bottom of this email some supporting material that may assist you in your journey.
As always, don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions or you'd like to share any experiences you may have around your practice. If I have several students asking questions, we could arrange regular live webinars together.
I do look forward to hearing from you.

Meditation is no longer the ancient practice carried by Buddhists and spiritual practitioners. It is an increasingly popular practice carried out by CEO’s and movie stars, by millions of school kids around the world, meditation is now popular with stressed office workers, moms and University graduates.
So what I’ve put together are 6 concise modules which will walk you through a solid foundation of this ancient practice. Now I could spend the next hour listing all the benefits of why you should incorporate meditation into your life but you probably won’t believe me until of course you give it your best shot and find out for yourself.
I actually decided to try meditation when my life was spinning out of control and I was desperate to try anything to change my state from being stressed, anxious, frustrated, worried, and completely overwhelmed with the prospect of failing in all areas of my life. I needed something that would give me some peace, I desperately needed peace, time out without the relentless voice in my head that was doing reruns on everything wrong in my life, I needed to be able to think clearly, I needed clarity and the ability to be present rather than doing reruns of the past or getting anxious about the future.
So I enrolled in meditation and at first I was such a sceptic. My science trained brain told me this was ridiculous, ‘why was I sitting there when I had things to do….how was sitting in silence going to help me turn my life around, I told myself I was mad for doing this. But I’d made a commitment to do this (I’d paid for the course) so instead I kept up the daily practice whilst I researched the science behind it. For me that was a huge waking point. The scientific research on the practice of meditation and its benefits to our physical, emotional and the impact on the direction of our life is overwhelming.
So if you are in need of eliminating stress, finding peace of mind, you’re on a mission to improve your health this practice is for you.
Allow me to take you on a journey to your inner being, to that silent space of serenity, calm and pure awareness of something far superior than past or future.
I look forward to connecting with you.
Blessings
