Babies thrive on touch and it is crucial to their growth and development. Baby Massage is a safe, effective, evidence based practice that builds a bond between parent and child through nurturing & compassionate touch. By building a safe, predictable and reliable experience, baby massage can help optimize the growth and development of your baby.

BENEFITS OF MASSAGE WITH YOUR BABY:

· Helps babies recover from birth by reducing stress hormones (cortisol)

· Boosts feel good hormones (for example serotonin – same hormone produced by nursing) helping baby feel happy and relaxed
