Introduction of the course and the presenter, Kelley Byrne. DIscussing the background and reasons Kelley has created CLI.
Set the stage for conscious living by prioritizing safety and reframing openly. Collaborate with fear to rewire brain synapses and embrace the small self and universal self.
Meet the mind with compassion to discover wholeness, partnering mind and heart to transform fear (false evidence appearing real) into conscious awareness and growth.
Compare self-worth and self-esteem, and explore how true self-worth comes from the universal self within the lungs. Access this inner foundation to shift from fear-driven small self to limitless presence.
Explore how the liver reveals true self-worth and how misperception drives external striving, greed, and the need to prove worth.
Explore conditional versus unconditional living and conscious living by examining fear-driven mind states, greed, and selfish versus selfless behaviors, and discover the true self worth that lives in the heart.
Explore the to me perspective, where the mind fears separation, judges the world, and triggers reaction. Contrast with unconditional, impersonal for me experience that transcends belief filters and proaction.
Explore origins of consciousness and the progression from source energy to human conception, describing energy as formless, limitless, and impersonal, unfolding through conception to growth.
Explore zero to four months in the womb, where cells differentiate into heart and lymphatic systems under energy guidance, with no mind; senses and brain later awaken.
Unpack the triangle model of the mind, showing how the subconscious holds unacknowledged parts, the conscious hides pain through stories, and both project onto energy and the physical realm.
See how the mind splits the whole into time and space, forms protective beliefs, and hides icebergs of conscious and subconscious; use clues to resolve fears and expand perception.
Explore the contrast between newtonian science and quantum holographic ideas, recognizing tangible senses and the interconnected, non-separate universe as the basis for conscious living.
Explore the cycle of belief with the iceberg metaphor, dissolving fear and judgment through the Seelie process to return to wholeness.
Explore the mind's six stages for releasing fear and judgments, from denial and making deals to anger, sadness, surrender, and celebration, within a safe, compassionate process.
Explore how emotions are energy in motion, contrast brain thinking with heart feeling, and examine five core emotions—fear, anger, worry, grief, and sadness—through the iceberg model to let go.
Explore how blame assigns responsibility and fear of safety, and how judging, choosing, and credit shape patterns of blaming for wrongs or good outcomes.
Identify how fear governs daily life and drives behaviors like blaming, judging, and defending, then shift from the outside to the center through awareness, gratitude, compassion, service, and universal consciousness.
Clarifies key terms like intention versus attention, mind versus heart, and belief versus knowing, and explains how fear and emotional charge shape boundary, acceptance, and self-authoring in the CLI process.
Demonstrates the cortices technique from the body talk system to balance brain hemispheres through head, heart, and gut tapping with deep breaths, boosting mental flexibility for CLI work.
This demonstration showcases the notice strategy, using a banana example to separate facts from opinions, map an iceberg of thoughts, and guide integration through mindful breathing and gratitude.
Explore the favorite and worst strategy with a mandarin to reveal how we split experiences, judge outcomes, and release fear through mindful breathing and compassionate self-talk.
Demonstrate the ideal list strategy with a highlighter, detailing endless ink, odorless, magnetized cap, two-finger cap removal, fast-drying, and a multi-purpose thick-thin tip.
This segment demonstrates the worst-ever hammer by listing flaws such as a too-heavy handle, tiny face, plastic head, and splinters, and shows how identifying these extremes trains mindful, safe cognition.
Demonstrate an ideal spoon by listing its qualities—metal, flat handle, smooth finish, balanced weight, deep ball, dishwasher safe—and reveal how personal rules and fears shape conscious living.
Explains the notice strategy in action, distinguishing facts from opinions about the weights on the sofa, and guides safe self-awareness and emotional integration.
Explore how the favorite and worst game strategies reveal fears, judgments, and hidden beliefs, and use breath and compassionate awareness to transform cluelessness into learning and growth.

There is only one reason you experience life as a series of endless conflicts and struggles;
FEAR is living at the center of your life.
Fear in life only ever happens as an illusion in the mind, driving the judging and struggle you experience every day. Fear in the mind is not your biggest problem that you have to fix, but your most amazing opportunity to discover the whole you and your True Self Worth. In this course I will guide you to learn to work with your fears to uncover the wonder of the universe! Your mental self is your greatest wealth!
CLI perspective is a process that employs the stuck mind to see it is indeed a whole mind and can function as a valued partner to the heart and the True Self. The most essential nature of the CLI process is to create an atmosphere of complete safety for the mind to explore itself without the need to be ‘fixed or punished’. Because the mind is living in a perpetual state of fear and shock, the mind automatically thinks any investigation is life threatening to you and itself. The CLI perspective understands that working with the fear-based split mind is the key to an inspired universal experience in life.
The CLI process is rooted in the following two quantum scientific theories:
How you do one thing is how you do everything and everywhere you go there you are! The understanding there has never been anything wrong with you and there is nothing to fix in yourself or your life. This is the practice of nonjudgement and unconditional gratitude which is inherent to the True Nature of each of us.
CLI invites you to take conscious responsibility for cultivating alchemy in every aspect of life. You will learn here that the world is made FOR you BY you to discover and LOVE you. The heart, as a representative of Universal Consciousness, and has all the information ever needed to transform the fear into unconditional gratitude.
CLI is a work of Heart! When the fearful mind is received with a compassionate and unconditional heart, knowing that it will not be punished or shamed, the mind can become your most trusted ally in life instead of something you are constantly judging and victimizing yourself with.
CLI and the SHOW THE HELL UP process is:
Waking up! This only takes one second to get a glimpse of TRUTH through the illusion of Fear
Showing up! Taking action to investigate consciousness comes first!
Cleaning up! Fear perspectives and letting go of judging
Growing up! By growing out of the need to judge and blame
Leveling up! Turn up the volume on this new path to wholeness!
This perspective has literally changed my life! And it will certainly change yours too!
The only one thing you have available to shift in life is your perspective!
