BUT! You have to be able to close the job offer too, so that’s where this course comes in.
There are tons of people out there settling for less than what they're worth simply because they feel that their current position is all they will amount to.
I call B.S.!

According to Monster (dot) com, a virtual employment solution for people seeking jobs and the employers who need them, the average time span for someone who is unemployed ranges from anywhere between 3 and 6 months.
For some extreme cases, the unemployment time span can last up to 2 years!
For the average American salary of $59,039, based form the U.S. Census Bureau, that’s a 2-year loss of $118,078...
Why would you want to put yourself in a situation like that?
With this Applicant-To-Hired Masterclass, you can expect results of starting a career opportunity in as little as 2 to 6 weeks full of career offers that you really want, and not ones that are just jobs.
And that’s even considering that some employers have a 3-month waiting period just to get into their training program after your job interview.
By delivering the core fundamentals of the on-boarding employment process, from mental resilience training to pass the probationary period, you will learn the entire process in as little as 3 hours!
That’s literally the time span for you to watch the entire version of Peter Jackson's King Kong movie.
You don’t need the best vocabulary or even a college degree to write a resume ($40,000 Value)
- Just some valuable job history, a few power verbs with a splash of quantitative proof
The system I show you is broken up into a simple before, during, and after process that shows what to expect
No more assumptions about how on-boarding works

All you need is a computer with a word processing software (Microsoft of Google Docs), Wi-Fi, a dictionary, and a thesaurus.
And... you will discover the lateral thinking method that most, if not ALL, resume writers DON’T teach about for the interview process so you can smoothly handle tough interview questions, and negotiate for a pay grade that establishes your worth (FREAKING PRICELESS!)

Fortunately for you, there is no catch to this offer. There's no B.S. or fluff within this masterclass. All you’re getting is straight practicality in learning a universal skill that can take you to the places you want to go to.
I say this because the average cost for a single college credit, not even an entire course, is about $594. Multiply that by that 3 credits and that sums to about $1782. Your already saving money just buying this course.
You're not just learning the theory behind this course, you're acquiring a skill using your already given learning ability to change your life or someone else's.
The upside is I'm only asking for a fraction of the cost compared to:
1) Using a resume writing service

Find a medium that works for you.
Whether you intend to use LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Monster, or you personally reach out to employers... you need to convey that you are a high-value candidate.
You have the technical skills other people want and are completely aware of your worth.
Plain and simple, rejection will happen. You're going to get rejected, but for every rejection you get, it's closer to your yes.
Your yes lives in the land of no. Remember that.
The most FAQ's I get are really about the format.
Many people believe that resumes shouldn't be more than one page... I call B.S. because I believe that your resume should be based on the value you can convey.
If you can develop a resume specific to a big problem that you can solve, then there is no doubt you can't get your worth.
One of my biggest pet peeves are grids. Don't measure your skill or expertise on a bar or graph - be specific on levels. Beginner, intermediate, or advanced... then explain in specifics on how well you are in that craft.
From there, photos are a no-no in my book. It's a shame people are judgmental, but that's an unfortunate truth you need to be able to handle. Using a minimalistic resume is your best bet.
The more you can dissect your skillset, the better off you will be for success.
If you can list everything you've ever done, for every job you've ever held in your career, then you can outcompete your competition.
One of the main reasons why people don't get the jo is because they aren't specific enough. There is not enough information, or in rare cases too much, for the hiring managers to get the proper feel of their candidates.
And the reason they reject you isn't that you suck, it's because they are under the impression your conveyed value of their resume isn't worth their tie.
If you don't have your listed notes, this resume will not work.
You need to have all your ducks in a row before you can actually move forward.
Ask yourself tons of questions about your work history.
Don't be embarrassed or ashamed or reluctant to list everything you've done.
Just put it all down on paper and see where it takes you.
This is where you have to get creative.
Because I can't do 100% of the work for you, you have to be able to think for yourself.
By using the power verbs and selling ads, it's important that you can craft descriptive of what you've done.
So, if you've listed your noted well, this section should be a breeze and fun.
Summaries are a great way to give general, yet explicit details of what you've done for your jobs.
The easiest way to think about this is by telling a story.
Tell a story about how you greatly impacted the organizations you worked for.
When you start getting screenings and offers, know that you're protected as a potential employee.
Here are some resources down below so you can look for yourself of the questions you can't be asked during the interview process.
Also, this applies to your tenure once you're employed as well of what you can or cannot be fired for.

When you are in the follow-up phase, you want to screen employers for quality.
Quality, quality, quality.
And not only would that include work culture, but the workload as well.
When you think about it, a job posting is nothing more than an advertisement for human resources.
Plus, it's imperative you keep track of who you applied to because when you apply, you could be out and about at the state fair and hiring managers will randomly call you.
The lateral thinking method is an abstract concept that you are to think outside the box.
For the longest time, you've been told to think in sequential order.
For instance, start at step 1, go to step 2, finish at step 3.
But they never told you how to overcome the anomalies, the things you can't control, when you're stuck between steps.
This is where the lateral thining method comes in.
If you change the premise, or the implied understanding of anything, you can change the outcome.
Questions are a two-way street. The whole purpose of communication is to understand what the other part is looking for and ensure you can achieve your goals.
Also, communication is vital in establishing a healthy relationship with people.
You're not a mind reader so don't be under assumptions that you know what the other person wants.
When you're in an interview, it's important to set the tone that you're there for the company as much as the company is there for you.
And it goes back to you understanding your worth.
You are a high-value performer who can make a tremendous impact on their organization, given under the circumstances that you are treated well.
So when it comes to questions, think of it as a game like hot potato.
Kepp passing the questions and answers back and forth - just don't hold on to long or you may burn yourself.
Just like a DM or a first date, the follow-up is important to solidifying the potential relationship.
Trust takes time, and the whole purpose of the interview was to build rapport for each other.
However, it shouldn't be on just the interviewer to follow up.
It should be on the interviewee to show initiative and stay on their hiring manager's radar.
Although you could have had the best interview possible, you still don't know if the people after you did better.
Stay persistent and be relentless only if you really desire that job.
Soft-skills, soft-skills, soft-skills.
I can't teach you to be on time or show initiative.
It's up to you to be able to work a little extra or give a helping hand.
Just because you got the job, way back when, are your persistent enough to keep striving towards the goal within the company or are you trying to acquire the experience to move somewhere else?
Employers want staying power.
The relationship between you and the person who is cutting your truck is trust and appreciation.
To which that relationship is a 2-way street and it's up to you to maintain.
There are a ton of soft-skills you can learn, but it narrows down to these 5:
Energy - personality
Influence - relationships
Courage - a resilient mindset
Productivity - time management
Clarity - goals
Are you passionate about what you intend to do?
If so, can you develop and use these soft skills to accomplish what you desire?
