Ok let's do this! I'm so proud of you for showing up for yourself.
Let yourself have these 30 minutes - uninterrupted! Set yourself up in a private space so you can recline during the hypnosis portion of this video which will start about 15 minutes into this video practice. This means that all parts of your body are supported but you're not laying down horizontally. Aim for your torso in about a 45-degree angle with your head and legs well supported. This is a deeply relaxing, receptive and supportive position.
Let yourself RELAX and RECEIVE the healing gifts of your own breath and consciousness aligned. This is a nervous system healing experience and reconditioning program. If you feel relaxed and at ease during the practice, you're doing it right!
