In lecture five, Debra introduces the fourth of the eight traits that will help you become a great leader, which is about how leaders need to own their mistakes.

Debra explores the seventh of the eight traits that will help you be a great leader in Lecture 8, which is about trusting your people.

In Lecture 9, Debra reaches the final of the eight traits that will help you become a great leader, which is about showing care and empathy for your people.
You'll be covering two key questions:

How can you show care and empathy for your people?
In this third and final section, Debra builds on the practical tools shared throughout the course by adding four more tips for being a great leader. She then guides you through an action plan that you can complete to bring all of your learnings from the course to life and into practice.
