This is about creating a deep personal relationship with the Elements to improve your quality of life.

I created this course to help you learn how the 5 Elements show up in yourself, in the world around you, and in everyone you meet. Having an awareness of how the elements show up and interact becomes a vital set of tools to work within your life.  The practices and information contained in this course pull from my 2 decades of experience in yoga & meditation.
