You will be able to follow this 8 week / 4 hour a week program from anywhere, saving countless time and energy with your gym commute. However if you love your gym, you can easily follow the program from your gym as well!
Who are you learning from?
You will be learning from one of the best female kettlebell experts in the industry. Dasha L Anderson has 24 best selling fitness DVDs, 18 of which are on kettlebells. She has a Masters in Exercise Science, teaches the art and science of kettlebells for NASM, ACE & AFAA Continuing Education Programs, and is author of the best selling fitness book; Kettlebell Kickboxing: Every Women's Guide To Getting Healthy, Sexy and Strong!
Dasha has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, with a specialty in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention (MS). Additionally, Dasha is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with their master level (NASM-PES) credentials. She is also a certified Speed and Explosion Specialist (NASE-SES) with the National Association of Speed and Explosion. Dasha’s kettlebell background comes from her birthplace of Russia, where where she learned kettlebells from her grandfather.

Instructor
Dasha Libin MS, NASM-PES, MKC, NASE, M-KBIA is a fitness expert, fitness writer, martial artist, world traveler, and eternal student. Dasha has a masters degree in Exercise Science and over a decade and a half in the fitness and martial arts industry. In her career Dasha has developed 24 fitness DVDs, including the Scorcher Series, Body Series, 7 Day Lean Series and the Scorcher 2.0 sets and programs.
She is the creator of the critically acclaimed and proven program Kettlebell Kickboxing, which blends movement science, strength training, and cardio. Her system, along with her sold out fitness classes and bestselling book “Kettlebell Kickboxing: Every Woman’s Guide to Getting Healthy, Strong & Sexy” (Skyhourse Publishing, 2015) are transforming and empowering women through body awareness, focused training and scientific methods.
Dasha’s Kettlebell and Kettlebell Kickboxing instructor programs have successfully certified hundreds of women in the art and science of kettlebells.
To date, Dasha has written over 100 fitness and nutrition articles for print, including magazines, newspapers and websites like Black Belt, Fight!, Epoch Times, Mind Body Green, Fitness Rx and her own KB Blog.
In 2013 Dasha was featured as Black Belt Magazine’s 21st Century Martial Artist (the only female to male the list of five experts).
Dasha’s fitness credentials and experience includes;

Dasha’s kettlebell background comes from her birthplace of Russia, where her grandfather taught kettlebells to the Soviet Army. Her life-long exposure to kettlebell training allowed her to experience the unique method long before its US popularity. In more recent years, Dasha continues to study and train with instructors like Steve Maxwell, Guro Dan Inosanto, Dan Anderson, Clark Gracie and many others.
In her martial arts career, Dasha has achieved several full instructorships, including a certification in Jeet Kune Do Concepts (JKD) and Filipino Martial Arts under the legendary Guro dan Inosanto. As well as a full instructorship under Sifu Paul Vunak . Dasha has a brown- belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and credits the art with much of her kettlebell ground innovations. She has also attained the Red Glove “Initiateur” rank in Savate (French Kickboxing). Dasha is currently studying martial arts full time under her long-time instructor and husband Sifu Dan Anderson, who has made her a blackbelt in Jeet Kune Do and Kali.
In August 2010, Dasha and Dan were named of NY1’s New Yorker of the Week for her FREE women’s self-defense program.
As a fitness writer and contributor, Dasha Libin has written articles for FIGHT!, Fitness Rx, Oxygen, and Kettlebell Magazine. Currently, Dasha is a contributing editor to Black Belt magazine, she writes a monthly column called “FUEL”. Dasha and her method Kettlebell Kickboxing™ method were featured throughout six (6) pages of SELF Magazine’s March 2012 and July 2013 issues, and a 9 page feature in SHAPE.
In 2013 Dasha was asked to be the official trainer for the Miss New York USA & Miss Teen USA brands.
Brand Work: Dasha is proud to be a fitness brand ambassador for lululemon athletica Soho, Vimmia, Onzie and Yogasmoga. Dasha is also an official fitness ambassador and one of the few official testers for VSX® (Victoria Secret’s Sports). Additionally, Dasha has worked with brands like Athleta® , Nike and Yoplait during their special events and brand/store launches.
Dasha has taught and spoke for NYITT Tech, NYU and Bloomberg amongst others. And has raised money through fitness events for organizations like The Joyful Hearts.
‘Street Credit’ : Although she scoffs at the term, Dasha is a real NYC based “celebrity trainer.” She has had the pleasure to work and develop programs for many high-level athletes, actors, performers, and fashion icons. She has been sought out for her expertise in not only transforming the body, but also developing programs equipped with the strength and agility needed for many of her clients’ hectic work schedules and demands.
Dasha’s main focus at the moment is empowering females through fitness, body awareness, and health. She has devoted all of her time to her sold-out NYC class, Kettlebell Kickboxing™, which has inspired females to get fit with a purpose of function, health, and longevity. Dasha’s Kettlebell Kickboxing™ method offers a website community and blog, instructor certifications (KBI & KBIA), live classes, and of course, a series of DVDs.
Dasha owes all of her accomplishments to the support and guidance of her family and amazing husband. Specifically, her mother Yelena Libin’s strength and persistence, her teacher, husband, and best friend Sifu Dan Anderson, the loyalty of her sister, and the love of her grandparents and father. In her words, “You don’t need to be born into privilege, so long as you are born into support and love (and a bit of tough love too).”

Dasha takes private lessons on a limited case-by-case, as she involves herself in all aspects of the Kettlebell Kickboxing™ world, clients and projects are kept to a minimum (quality over quantity).
