Requirements

  • No experiences needed. Just have fun and try to move as you can.
  • For Zumba Toning: Zumba Toning Sticks are required or lightweight dumbbells (1 - 2kg is recommended, not more than 2 kg while the movements are not static). Feel what is best for you!
  • Shoes or no shoes, it's up to you. No shoes can be good to feel more grounded.
  • For Pilates and stretching class, prepare an exercise mat. If you don't have, you can use a big towel.

Your weekly plan includes:

3 days of exercise (Zumba, Pilates, Yoga)

2 days of mindful fasting

2 days of rest and recovery

Each session is just 30 minutes, designed to fit easily into your routine — train anytime, anywhere, at your own pace.
