Sawasdee kha, My name is Kitiya, a native Thai speaker with Isan local dialect. I am fluent in speaking English as a second language. I have conversational knowledge of Japanese as a flight attendant of Japan Airlines and basic communication skills in Mandarin Chinese.
Five languages! but learning a new language is not easy at all….I started studying English when I was 10 years old, Chinese at 20 and Japanese at 25. I understand what it takes to learn new languages successfully.
I’ve been teaching Thai to foreigners for over 20 years. I was also a full time Thai language teacher at a major international school. I also spent time teaching Thai to non-Thai colleges while I was a flight attendant.
I am currently a university lecturer with a Bachelor degree of Mass Communication, Master degree of Education Administration and a Certificate of Teaching Thai for Foreigners.
I have applied my training and experiences as a learner and educator to create a framework for learning Thai language. This approach has been used to train other language educators, and the feedback gives me confidence that my Thai courses will help you to discover that you too can learn THAI language with fun and success!
