In this video, you will begin to understand the fundamental basics of self-testing. When self-testing, we are identifying what foods, beverages and vitamins our bodies will assimilate and metabolize in that moment we are testing. The movement you feel, when you ask a question while testing a food, beverage or vitamin, is an answer that comes from your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind knows what food, beverage or supplement your body will assimilate at any given time.
This lecture shares about the importance of knowing how to self-test, for the main reason, that as our stress levels and hormones shift daily, so do our bodies needs to maintain healthy balance. When we know how to self-test, we can give our bodies what it needs to maintain healthy balance.
In this section, you will learn how to self-test, using the sway test. The sway test is using the body as a pendulum to identify what resonates with our body at any given moment. Here, you will learn what a "yes" and "no" feel like for you. It is important to practice and feel a "yes" and "no" answer. With a "yes" you will feel your body fall forward and with a "no" you will feel your body fall back.
In this video, you will learn the step by step process of how to test foods and beverages. As well as how to identify a "yes" , "no" or "neutral" answer while testing.
In this section, you will learn how to self-test any supplements you take and how to determine the exact dosage your body needs each day. I suggest testing for your vitamins, if you take them, morning and evening. As our stress levels and hormones change daily, so do our bodies needs. Another factor, is that you could be getting the nutrients you need that are also in some vitamins you already take, as your testing will reveal what you need and the exact dosage. Even though many vitamins may be good for our bodies, if we do not need them, then our liver and kidneys still have to work hard to process them through the body.
