There are tons of speaking and on-camera opportunities that use a teleprompter. The beauty of the this device is that it gives you the ability to look directly into the camera lens, creating the feeling of eye contact with your audience, but your script is scrolling right in front of you. You don’t have to memorize your script, because you can read the words on the glass in front of the camera, or even on your digital device. It’s your job to make the words sound real and authentic.
