Managing Magnificent Meetings is part of the  Techniques of Time Management series.   The Managing Magnificent Meetings class focuses on managing effective meetings that people look forward to attending. The class focuses on why organizations need meetings, and why people hate them. The class details group dynamics as it applies to meetings, and gives practical tips on how to effectively facilitate a meeting to include dealing with conflict and indecision.
