Welcome to Technical Communication 101: The Fundamentals of Clear Dialogue!

I created this introductory five-part course to offer you, the participant, a deep dive into the foundational practices and insights of communication on a technical level. After successfully working in relationship management for over 10 years in six industries and receiving a Master's in Communication, the information in this course acts as a kick-starter and reference for your technical communication development.
