Instructor
Hi, I'm Claire, a qualified fitness coach and sport and exercise nutritionist from Northern Ireland. I hold a Bachelor degree in Health & Fitness, A Masters degree in sport and exercise nutrition and I'm the founder of Tots 2 Teen fitness and nutrition and I am a registered Sport and Exercise nutritionist with the British dietetic association. For over a decade, I've been teaching people of all ages about the importance of fitness and nutrition. I created Tots 2 Teen fitness and nutrition to teach children about the benefits of healthy habits.
My beginner-level courses are designed for individuals who want to teach fitness and nutrition to children through fun, movement-based activities and games. These courses will provide you with the tools to inspire young people to embrace healthy habits. As someone who is passionate about helping children thrive, I am dedicated to equipping adults with the knowledge and skills they need to foster a love for fitness and nutrition in kids.
Additionally, there’s a special course available for parents who want to teach their own children about healthy eating and active living. My ultimate goal is to empower adults to guide children towards becoming healthy, happy, and active individuals, setting them on a path to lifelong well-being.
