Play bullrush, a warm-up tag game using two safe zones and tippers to reach the far side without getting tipped, with an optional bib or tail variation.
Guide students through cops and robbers, a warm-up tag game with a jail zone, where robbers avoid cops, complete get-out-of-jail challenges, and score points by staying out of jail.
Students play Pac-Man, running along lines to avoid being tipped by Pac-Man; tipped players sit as blocks, while a doctor can revive them and survivors earn points when time ends.
Learn the warm-up game silly bananas, where players dodge monkey tips, turn into bananas, and require a peel to be freed. A 15-second balance-on-one-leg option adds variety.
Survivor tag pits players in a fast chase to tip others and avoid being tipped, with tipped players sitting; if two tip at once they play rock-paper-scissors.
Engage in a hospital-themed tag game to avoid wasps, using two band-aids as lives; after a third tip, go to the hospital for a health challenge and rejoin the run.
Join the warm-up game fruit salad, where players in the middle dodge soft balls rolled by outside throwers, switch roles when hit, and survive by avoiding hits below the knees.
Join icebergs, a warm-up game with five mats around the hall; listen for a number and rush to form that group on a mat, then complete a challenge if needed.
Learn the kangaroos and crocs warm-up game: two teams race to their end zones, tag or escape, with 15 cones and varied start positions.
Plant the trees is a quick warm-up game where blue and red teams collect beanbags from the other side, returning one at a time within 2–3 minutes to win.
Engage in a fast-paced warm-up game called volcanoes and ice cream cones, where two teams flip cones to score before time runs out, then switch teams.
Perform a dynamic warm-up before sport lessons with jogging on the spot, star jumps, arm circles, arm scissors, jump lunges, calf raises, and ankle and knee drills, avoiding static stretches.
Join a jungle run relays warm-up where teams sprint to the end cone and back, follow changing instructions, and perform animal-themed moves—cheetah, frog, crab, bee sting, and horse.
