This is the quarterly sharing on Health Betterment through TCM by Dr Clement Ng, outlining the health betterment tips from TCM perspective on possible illness associated with drier and cooler seasons. The Video will be updated every September of the Year to reflect the latest environmental issues (The latest update is Sept 2023)
The course is designed to outline the prevention tips on occurrence of Upper Respiratory systems, chronic fatigues, and Stress and Anxiety and advice on latest environmental changes (such as what to do after Covid-19 infection from TCM perspective) during the Autumn or Drier seasons for those in the North Hemisphere (Between Sept to Nov), students will learn how TCM can help prevent and treat various illnesses associated with the changing seasons.
All students will learn how to identify the signs and symptoms of common seasonal illnesses and how to take preventive measures to maintain good health during this time of the year.
By the end of the course, students will have a understanding of TCM principles and how to apply them to maintain optimal health throughout the changing seasons. They will also be able to identify and manage common seasonal illnesses and take preventive measures to protect themselves and their families.
Prevention is the key to health betterment and I periodically provides updates on the latest development on the health front and what we need to do to mitigate any health issues that may arises from the changes to the weather.

He is a Certified Blended Coach and he is effectively bi-cultural and bilingual in English and Chinese.

Clement Ng received his Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Chinese Medicine) from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in China and his MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
Dr Ng has designed and facilitated bilingual (English and Chinese) TCM and Wellness courses and workshops approved under the Singapore SkillsFuture Training framework. He shares TCM and Acupressure knowledge on Udemy, an online learning and teaching marketplace, reaching out to international students coming from 136 countries.
Besides engaging in Professional Consultancy, Trading, Treatment and Training services, Clement Ng is the Committee Member (Expert) for ISO/TC 249 (TCM) and Executive Council Member for the Specialty Committee for Medicated Diet and Dietotherapy. 他设计并教导获新加坡“SkillsFuture”培训框架批准以双语（中英文）授课的中医药与养生保健课程和工作坊。他同时在Udemy (一个网上在线学习和教学平台) 上为来自来自136个国家的不同国际学生分享中医药和穴位疗法知识。
除了提供专业质询、贸易、治疗与培训服务，他同时担任国际标准化组织中医药技术委员会（ISO/TC 249）专家委员及世中联药膳食疗研究专业委员常务理事。曾担任新加坡中医学院副院长，新加坡中医师公会理事，新加坡中医管理委员会继续教育委员会委员。
