
This lecture gives you an introduction to "Emotional Freedom Technique" (Tapping) and an overview of the tapping procedure. Once you have completed it, you will understand the process. You will also have been introduced to some documents that will assist you as you continue to develop your tapping skills during this course.
Follow along, and learn how to use tapping to help raise your vibrations. In this lecture, you will be taught how to reduce your general stress levels (prior to using it to reduce stress levels of your own specific stressors). This lecture teaches you how to apply the Quick Start Guide that is associated with it. It also gives you the EFT Tracking Worksheet, which is yours to use each and every time you tap. You are encouraged to use it, because over time it will provide you with a snapshot of your progress at specific points in time. You will build on this during the course. Finally, you will be taught how tapping on peace helps to raise your vibrations (frequency) in Lecture 10. That lecture includes a description of the Hawkins' Map of Human Consciousness and how that map can be applied in tapping.
Understand that variations in wording exist, and that different words may simply ‘come to you’ when you tap. Know that when this happens, it is likely meant for you to use those words. Regardless, though, whatever wording you use is up to you. It’s your choice.
Now that you’ve had some experience with the Quick Start Guide, this lecture will help you refine your technique as you tap on general stress (prior to moving on to tapping on your repetitive patterns in the next lecture).
We all have them! Repetitive patterns, that is. Sometimes we wonder why we keep on repeating the same old patterns. Now we have a way to address these issues. Follow along and learn how to release all those old patterns that are not serving you.
You have choices! And even more choices than we discussed earlier in this course! This video will show you how you can expand your choices even further, in order to access more of your alternatives, which allows you to change the track you’re on (especially when you’re Tracking your Tapping and Talking, as you are in this course) – and, ultimately, to ACE your life.
So often we feel that either we, or someone else, has said something that we wish hadn’t been said. But what do we do about it? Most of the time, many of us do nothing – except feel sorry. Well, now you have an alternative to feeling sorry. Now you can tap on the issue and resolve it, to at least some extent, in that way.
Where do you hurt? It could be physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or some other way. This video will show you how you can tap on your pain. As always – and as stated earlier in the “Curated Resources List” – it is imperative that you consult with your physician and other health professional if you are experiencing any pain. Tapping is an adjunct, and definitely not a complete cure.
Want to make sure that you “get it right”? Or at least, that you have a greater chance of getting it right? Well, there is o such thing as Perfection, so that’s now really something to worry about. So, while there really are no mistakes, as noted earlier in this course, there are misconceptions that you can address in order to increase your understanding of the tapping process.
