Tou Yuan Quan is the sixth stance of the fundamental eight stances. Tou Yuan Quan in Chinese means Flowing spring water, which provides us with a new method of internal skill training. This method is of great significance and is effective for all kinds of problems of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. How to intervene the circulation of Qi and blood? Through pulse resonance.


What is pulse resonance? The pulse of our arteries is the same rhythm from the major artery to the micro artery; and through training, the pulse is perceptible and can be strengthened according to our wishes. Using this physiological characteristic, training can effectively increase the blood flow of relevant arteries, fill these parts with Qi and blood, and unblock the meridians. Tou Yuan Quan stance is to teach you which parts of the arteries to train. How to train, how to apply, it is all easy to understand, easy to practice, not mysterious, everyone can master.

For example, the direct flow of Qi and blood to the legs has the function of containing diabetes and can alleviate the symptoms of hyperactivity of liver yang.
