Jiping Taiji cugdel internal skill is one of the cultivation methods of Jiping Taiji real sense internal skill. It uses the traditional Taiji cudgel to cultivate the real sense internal skill, so it strengthens the effect of cultivation. Because Taiji cugdel was also called Centering Needle in the past. With a taiji cugdel in your hand, your attention is easy to concentrate.

Jiping Taiji cugdel internal skill has eight sections. Each section can be practiced separately or in series. The effect of TCM in each session is different. For example, the effect of Pan Di Zhu(climbing the legs), the first session, is to lead internal Qi and blood down, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of hypertension and other diseases.
