The external cure method of Traditional Chinese Medicine works here as the reference. And we marked out 9 parts through the body for the knocking operation, including 32 knocking points. All these have done by 4 knocking techniques:Pressing (Ya),Pointing (Ding),Light Knocking (Qiao) and Solid Knocking (Da).

The 4 knocking techniques differentiate themselves in the force strength level, from the light to solid. Ant the fixed techniques and process are required for operating to a knocking station.

The fitness knocking has a good healing effect for promoting the circulation, adjusting Yin-yang in harmonious, and strengthening the bone and joints. It is a self-service massage, easy to handle, safe, inexpensive, and efficacious.

Now let's learn bout the 32 knocking points. Where they located on our body? What is the process? And the techniques for each of them? Here we offer all the teaching videos of the knocking methods on the 9 parts. Just click the play button aside, then you could learn freely.
