Description

This is a well-rounded course. Complete with a Qi Gong for grounding mini-course for warming up the body. More BONUS materials in this course are tapping exercises, paired with 3D videos of the affected energy meridian, as well as downloadable PDF handouts of each meridian, these are to elevate the "Energy-Matter-Meaning" or "Mind-Body-Spirit" connections. Another extra bonus chapter, to cultivate that Tai Chi flowing element, are 2 walking meditation videos where you dive into body awareness and weight shifting for optimal balance and control.

We then move on to the main event, with 6 chapters that build upon each other. There is perfect audio with voice-over tracks, beautiful scenery of the Pacific coastline, soft background music to help set the meditative tone, and slowed-down demonstration for easy assimilation of the movement.
