
Stretching is like turning a switch on. It allows your body to prepare for upcoming activities. Stretching will help you to reduce and avoid injuries to your body. Please take time to stretch.
Warm up is very important before training starts. It prepares your body and mind to be ready for the coming lessons. Please take your time to do the warm up properly in your own pace.
You will be learning the Basic Horse Riding Stance and Basic Punches in this lesson
Introduction of Basic Kicks. We will be covering Stretch kicks, Outside and Inside Crescent kicks
In this lesson, students will learn the White Belt hand Technique. It consists of 3 basic hand techniques.
Physical exercises are composed of various circuit training. Make sure to have the right form and train at your own pace.

Basic Punch with Horse Riding Stance. This training is very important to practice everyday. This training will increase and improve your power, speed, and snap of your punches. Horse riding stance will also strength your lower body as well as improving your balance.
Review of Basic Kicks and Stretch Kick Drills. Students will be able to do different drill practicing Stretch Kicks
Students will be introduced to Front Snap Kick! It is the most important basic kick that will allow students to build strong foundation for other kicks.
In this lesson, Students will be learning the Basic self defense technique. This Self defense technique is designed combining traditional and modern techniques for real situations.

In this section, students will learn Jump Front Kick using their kicking technique. Jump front kick is easy to learn and fun to practice.
White Belt Form. Patterned movements to improve snap and power, stances, and coordination.
For physical exercises, students can train at their own pace. Students can increase their exercise reps and sets as they progress further into Taekwondo training.

Students will learn the first 10 movements of Nunchuk as weapon technique. Be careful using the nunchuk since it is a real weapon. Be aware of your surroundings. You can get your own nunchuks.

In this lesson, students will learn the basics of sparring. Students will be able to combine kicks, learn the steps and movements of sparring.

In this lesson, students will be able to follow different methods of stretching. Always keep the correct form.
In this section, Students will be able to train and improve their forms.
For White Belt Course, Students will be learning their breaking technique. Students will be learning breaking with Hammer fist as well as how to hold. I highly recommend getting rebreakable plastic boards from any online sources. They come in different thickness.
These are extra drills students can do to improve their overall training in TAEKWONDO.
Please practice each section multiple times. Repeat multiple times. Each section contains 4 to 6 lessons. Please practice all lessons over and over again.
This is the FINAL REVIEW. This lesson covers the WHITE BELT COURSE from Section 1 to Section 6. This Review lesson is the guide to completing the White Belt Course. Once you are able to follow this lesson, you are ready to move on to Yellow Belt Course.

Welcome to our TAEKWONDO Program taught by Master Sung. W. Kahng. Master Kahng is a 5th Degree Black Belt and has been teaching for the past 20 years. Taekwondo is a Korean Traditional Martial Arts. It is composed of Hand techniques, Kick techniques, Sparring Techniques, Self Defense techniques, and POOMSAE (FORMS – Patterned movements). Teaching of weapon is also taught in this course. In this White Belt Course, students will learn the basics of Taekwondo, White Belt Hand, Kick, Self Defense, Sparring, Poomsae, and Nunchuk weapon techniques. Students will have the opportunity to challenge their physical and mental aspects in each sections and lessons. By the end of this course, students will grow in both physical strength and mental discipline. Students who complete this course will be able to perform all White Belt curriculum and be ready to take on the challenge of Yellow Belt Course.
