Description

8 Basic Poomse & 8 Superior Poomse and their applications

Roger Piarulli: He is a technical expert, 8th degree in Taekwondo.

He shows you how to perfect the execution of your Poomse.

Each Poomse is filmed using different angles for optimum understanding of the movements.

Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art in which fighters use their fists, their feet and other parts of their body as natural weapons.

Taekwondo inherits from the Korean Martial tradition and is now considered as a Martial Art itself.

It became an Olympic discipline, and is a complete and demanding sport.

Originally developed in Korea, Taekwondo has become a discipline practiced worldwide, used for both self-defense and as a competitive sport.

Poomse are imaginary and codified combats that are executed by one person, alone.

These sequences of attack and defense movements reflect the Taekwondo spirit.

A non stop work leads to the deep meaning of Taekwondo.
