This course delivers the importance of system design in the development of business information systems. Vision, mission, objectives, strategic business, business functions, business processes, and business activity will drive the design of information system that support business, and differentiate the differences between structured and object approaches in information system design. The REA diagram will be used as basic for developing ERD, DFD, and System Flowchart. Practical approaches that are used are REA2ERD and REA2DFD.
