    This lecture demonstrates how to setup your development environment and create a new SvelteKit project. Once you're completed with this section you should have VSCode and NodeJS installed on your development machine.

    In this lecture you'll get familiarized with the project files of a brand new SvelteKit project. This will prepare you to get started with development in the upcoming sections.

Description

This is a course designed to take you from zero experience with SvelteKit to a level where you will be comfortable building basic applications using the new skills that you will learn in the course.

After you're done you should be able to build your own multi-page websites using SvelteKit.

Prerequisite Knowledge:

  • HTML

  • CSS

  • JavaScript

We assume you have a basic understanding and experience in working with the languages mentioned about.

You will learn best practices of SvelteKit as we build a blog website throughout the course.

Course Requirements:

  • Stable Internet Connection

  • Windows, Mac or Linux computer/laptop
