CTRL + A
Selects everything in the window where the cursor is.
CTRL + Z
Magically undoes whatever mistake you have just made.
CTRL + X
Cuts the text you have highlighted from the screen and remembers it (on the clipboard) in case you want to paste it somewhere else.
CTRL + C
Copies whatever you have highlighted, ready for you to paste somewhere else (like CTRL + X but doesn’t remove it from the screen).
CTRL + V
Pastes whatever you have on the clipboard (from CTRL + X or CTRL + C) onto the screen where your cursor is.
CTRL + B
Makes the selected text bold.
CTRL + U
Underlines the selected text.
CTRL + I
Italicizes the selected text.
