Super Simple Microsoft Forms

Let's start by learning our way around Forms.

This is a deep dive into every question type...learn this content (along with branching) before you complete your first form.

In this lesson I use PowerPoint to focus on how branching works.

Let create our first form!  In this video we:

• Create a Form

• Add a title

• Add the questions we looked at on the branching slide

• Add a question of (almost) every type

In part 2 of Create a Form we apply branching (revisit the lesson Question Branching if you are unsure what this is) and finish off by previewing our work. Sometimes we preview to ensure the form looks right, on this occasion we are previewing so we can test the branching functionality, to ensure it works right.

This lessons covers customising your form with a theme. We cover:

• Theme ideas

• Pick a theme

• Upload your own image / set background colour

We'll wrap up by previewing the theme we have applied. When you complete the survey we have created together, you should recognise the results!

Learn the four main methods of sharing your form and getting responses.

Here we cover how at you, and others can look at the responses. We start by removing any test responses, viewing the results then the options for printing and sharing a summary link.

In this session I'll show you a couple of ways to use the graphical results from Forms, then export the results into Excel.
