Begin by blocking the canvas with white and a dark green–black mix to cover the surface, then build a gradually darkening forest background with soft dabbing and layered tones.
Paint sunrays with a dry brush, using a white and green mix to create loose lines from the corner, balancing water to avoid blocking the background leaves.
Welcome to this class where we learn to create this beautiful sunray in forest painting. We will learn very simple techniques for painting the sun rays through the leaves in the forest.
