'Study Skills 365 for High School, College and Graduate Students' was specifically designed to make studying as easy as possible. With bite size, easily digestible tips for every day of the year, this presentation is intended to take the dread out of learning. While many study skill tutorials involve long, drawn out explanations that can often be boring and hard to understand, 'Study Skills 365' offers quick, easily understood tips that make learning fun. Whether you implement one tip, or all 365, it is my hope that you will see an immediate improvement in your study skills and grades. Thank you for your interest and I hope you enjoy this course.
About the Presenter - Dr. Joshua Shifrin struggled for years to learn how to effectively study. Through sheer determination he received decent grades but he always knew that there had to be an easier way. After entering graduate school, Dr. Shifrin decided to do something about his struggles. After a lot of research and trial and error, he was able to add a multitude of study tools to his academic toolbox. Dr. Shifrin has now earned a PhD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of School Neuropsychology and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Shifrin has also previously worked as a college professor and now runs a successful neuropsychology practice where one of his specialty areas is working with students that struggle academically.

Instructor
Dr. Joshua Shifrin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Dr. Shifrin then attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his Masters of Science in educational psychology and his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in school psychology. After working for approximately five years as a licensed school psychologist, Dr. Shifrin continued his studies at Florida State University where he earned his PhD in the American Psychological Association (APA) Accredited combined school psychology and counseling psychology program. Dr. Shifrin completed his APA accredited internship at the Andrus Children’s Center in Yonkers, NY. Dr. Shifrin is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and New York, as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of School Neuropsychology, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and an ADHD - Certified Clinical Services Provider. Dr. Shifrin was previously a full-time college professor and currently specializes in conducting pediatric/school neuropsychological evaluations.
