The exercises comprise in the course are both suitable for daily performance (if you are well-prepared) and for carrying out with a 1 or 2-day break if you haven’t practiced before.

Before starting to do an exercise, watch the instructional video first, and only after that begin the activity. The instructional part is represented in the video and comes first before all challenging exercises. In this part the author gives a detailed explanation of the technique, which is followed by the performance itself.

If the succeeding workout seemed too hard to perform, you can come back to the previous one and repeat it several times with a 1- or 2-day break

If doing an exercise on all fours causes pain in the knee joints, put a blanket under the knees.

Be careful about your own feelings while working out. Choose the range of motion and the amplitude which do not cause any pain. Eventually, you will see the progress and will be able to perform the exercises in full.

Don’t forget about breathing while doing the exercises! Adjust your movements to the breathing, not vice versa! This helps to normalize the muscle tone and reduce the pain.

Move smoothly and consciously! Avoid any sharp movements.

Remember to work out on a regular basis! Only regular exercises are effective and help you achieve a successful outcome.

Enjoy working out and love what you do! Positive emotions reduce pain! We have done our best to help you exercise efficiently and effectively!

Work out with us! Stay with us! Take care!
