The advice in this stress management course will be applicable to anyone, but I suppose it's tailored to soon-to-be or existing Mums or Dads who want to learn how they can better manage their stress and anxiety levels.
If, like me, you're a parent who sometimes gets so overwhelmed that he is very close to losing his sh*t, then this is the course for you.
Parenting is often compared to activities like herding cats or pushing water uphill, as well as the advice in this course I have found the occasional dad joke can really help give you some perspective..

Don't get me wrong, I'm a happily married father of three and being a husband and a dad is my reason to be. That said it is also, without a doubt the most stressful, exhausting and challenging area of my life.
There have been and continue to be daily, if not hourly, moments where I doubt my ability to do this.
