IN THIS COURSE WE TAKE YOU THROUGH 4 MODULES:
MODULE 1: THE ORIGINS OF STRESS EATING + ACTION STEPS TO OVERCOME
We discuss specific strategies to help mitigate stress and redirect those emotions in a healthy way. We discuss the elephant in the room that is, restriction and discuss how to move through emotions to avoid using food as a coping mechanism.
MODULE 2: THE CYCLES THAT KEEP YOU STUCK + HOW TO END THE CYCLE
We address the cycle of Shame + Guilt, and how to stop those cycles in their tracks.
The cycle of guilt is powerful because it encourages you to keep your issues a secret.
MODULE 3: MINDSET.MINDSET.MINDSET-ADDRESSING YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS AROUND FOOD
We typically take on an all or nothing mentality to avoid the HARD work of moderation, consistency, and daily challenges. We take on extremes, to avoid the HARD work of moderation. We take on CHALLENGES and find every reason in the book to avoid moderation.
MODULE 4: THE INNER WORK
Until you want to be healthy as BAD as you want to breathe, you will struggle to achieve it. You need a strong WHY. Asking it once is not enough. You need to get to the core of your fears, ambitions, and goals.

My name is JoAnna and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Mindset Coach for over 7 years.
I became a trainer after struggling for years to find the workout plan and eating habits that best fit my lifestyle and unique needs.
I’ve tried every diet, including vegan, vegetarian, keto, low carb, fruititarian—you name it.
Ultimately, I realized that healthy habits, a consistent workout program, and a strong accountability partner are the key to a successful long-term healthy lifestyle. I have used powerful mindset techniques, and my knowledge of fitness to achieve health and harmony in my life- I’m here to help you find your balance as well.
There’s nothing more important to me than helping clients realize that they are worth the 30-60 minute workout. They are worth the healthy meal. They are worth the sleep, and the self-care required for long term health and fitness.
