MODULE 3: MINDSET.MINDSET.MINDSET-ADDRESSING YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS AROUND FOOD

  • We typically take on an all or nothing mentality to avoid the HARD work of moderation, consistency, and daily challenges. We take on extremes, to avoid the HARD work of moderation. We take on CHALLENGES and find every reason in the book to avoid moderation.
