Instructor
Antonia Cartwright is an internationally-renowned instructor, public speaker, and published author, on the topics of Psychology, Stress, and Wellbeing. Her qualifications include: MSc Psychology, MA Psychology, M. Education, and BSc (hons) Psychology. She has extensive teaching experience, and has formal research experience regarding stress and trauma. Originally from England, Antonia now lives in Colorado. She is also a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Expect to find her British sense of humor infused in the course!
