Born from my passion to support and inspire other special parents just like myself, my children have a number of issues from autism, ADHD, sensory integration disorder, various processing disorders, mental health challenges and type one diabetes. (I know sometimes I have a serious conversation with myself about taking on all these challenges :-)
 
I have taken my vast experience as a stress management expert and spiritual life coach, and brought them together to share the success strategies I have been using with my clients and in my own life over the last 16 years as the mom of a special needs child.

With over 22 years experience inspiring audiences, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to my training programs. In the past my clients have called me their 'Success Guru" as I support them with MINDSET MAKEOVERS, STRESS MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES and help them to develop their own THRIVE NOW BLUEPRINT for increase well-being and energy. 

As well as my experience supporting parents of special needs kids and special needs care-workers, I first began hosting personal development training and stress management programs for senior executives, entrepreneurs and business leaders in 1998, and still offer support to leaders in business.

My depth of knowledge comes from my own personal journey to recover
myself from stress burnout at 24 which led me to studied many different areas related to reducing stress while increasing well-being. I have studied with master teachers around the global, to date I hold over 3,000 hours of training in the areas of Training and Education, Counseling Skills, Stress Management, Personal Development, Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Holistic Therapies and Business Development.

I love supporting special needs focused non-profits around the world, some include National Autism Association, Special Olympics Eurasia, and KIT - Kids Included Together.
