Description

For a lot of women their period is a burden.  For some women it is a nuisance.  For others it is an experience welcomed each month.  What is it for you?  Have you ever felt like your life would be great if you didn't have to make so many changes because of your period?  Are there times of the month where you feel and look your best and you wish you felt like that all the time?  Do you struggle through the hormonal fluctuations that come with being a woman?  Stress Management for your Menstrual Cycle is for you!

Without learning what actually happens to your body during your four week cycle, it is hard to manage it for your benefit.  Learn to see the gift of your full four week cycle (not just when you're on your period) and capitalize on the strengths that each week offers you.  If you're a menstruating woman, it's likely that your cycle will be here for a while, so it’s time to manage it to your advantage.

During this course you will receive a mixture of live tapings, observations of other women discussing their cycle experience, and direct instruction.

In this course you'll learn:

  • The typical changes you can expect during each week
  • How to monitor your cycle for optimal performance

During the live sessions you'll receive:

  • Valuable resources to support your monthly cycle

During the course you'll be able to:

  • Interact with the instructor and other students
  • Take notes online
  • Receive special announcements from the instructor

Your instructor is Fenesha Hubbard, a woman who has been fascinated by the menstrual cycle since age 11 menarch.  She brings to you collective wisdom to help you manage your cycle so that you can live your best life.

Here's what student's are saying about this course:

"Love this course. I feel like I know myself even better and am ready to embrace all parts of myself on all parts of my cycle."

"I learned a lot from this session. Thank you for starting this movement for women to tap into who they are during their cycle."

A NOTE FROM YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Dear Student,

My first period was so fascinating to me that I became my own scientific study-- collecting data for  years on how I changed physically, emotionally and spiritually from one period to the next during my cycle.  After nearly twenty years of record collecting the patterns became obvious.

The beauty of our cycle as women is that we experience the creation process and elimination all the time.  Our cycle gives us the opportunity to make profound changes in our lives through natural inclinations and adjustments of our relationships, health, work, and so much more.

I fell in love with my cycle a long time ago and each month the relationship gets better.  I want the same for you.  Join me on this journey to manage your menstrual cycle.  I hope you learn a lot from this course.  I look forward to hearing about how this insight helps you grow and change.  Let me know how it goes, will you?

"See you" in class.

Respectfully,

Fenesha Hubbard
