Welcome to Identify your Stress.
Stress affects us all in different ways but using Kinesiology techniques you can bring your stress level down very quickly and easily. The first thing to do is to become aware of your stress and identify:
When does it show up?
How does it show up?
Where do I feel it in my body?
Is there something or someone in particular that triggers it?
The instructions for each exercise is on the page when you open it.
Emotions Life balance will show you which emotions are causing you the most stress.
Wheel of Stress will show you the areas of your life that stress is affecting you the most.
Know your Triggers will help you to identify the areas of life and what/who is triggering your stress.
Enjoy each of these exercises, you will quickly be able to identify your stress and how it is affecting your mind and body.

This section is where you will learn some easy ways to breakthrough your stress and feel more relaxed, calm and confident in your every day life.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER WITH THIS SECTION AND TAKING CONTROL AND BREAKING THROUGH YOUR STRESS IS TO NOT OVERWHELM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM. AS WE ARE TELLING YOUR BRAIN TO MAKE CHANGES IT IS IMPORTANT TO START SLOWLY AND BUILD UP TO DOING MORE EACH DAY. PLEASE START BY ONLY DOING ONE EXERCISE PER DAY AND WITH EXERCISE FOUR ONLY DO 2-3 EMOTION STATEMENTS EACH DAY - IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE MESSAGE ME.
The first exercise is the 4-7-8 breathing technique - you can either read the PDF for instructions on how to do this and/or watch me demonstrating the exercise in the video.
The second exercise is ESR (Emotional Stress Release) for quick, easy stress release - this technique is going to be your best friend. This technique is the easiest and quickest way to bring your stress response down and can be used anywhere BUT PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT DO THIS whilst driving or operating machinery.
The third exercise is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping). There is a PDF showing you the points we tap on whilst saying the script out loud or you can also watch me demonstrate the points in the video.
There is also a PDF script you can follow whilst you say it out loud and tap on the acupressure points but you can also watch me demonstrate the script and follow along.
The fourth exercise is called the Scale of Emotional Stress which takes you through a scale of stressful emotions and clearing the stress around them using affirmations (statements) There is a PDF script and video to watch. (Please only do 2-3 Emotion Statements per day when you first start out)
As you go through these exercises you will notice changes in your mind, body and how you view things. What may have triggered your stress in the beginning, you will find you react much less to it and you may find it doesn't bother you at all anymore.
I always find it handy to have a notebook and jot down things that show up as I am going through and clearing my stress - it's great to look back over and see how far you have come.
