This course is just what the therapist ordered ! If u suffer from stress this is the course , u learn how to get your brain off the hamster wheel , with just a bowl , and if your bowl is tiny , it will still work ! Ann guides u thru it all and is always there to answer any questions her students have , which is a major plus !!
