I'm a licensed psychologist who has over 25 years of experience working with adults with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and grief/loss. My approach is primarily cognitive/behavioral and I'm collaborative with the individuals I work with. I believe in giving a person the tools and strategies they need to be able to make better choices for themselves. I'm a author and a guest lecturer at a local university. I speak at community agencies on stress management, work-life balance, caregiver stress, grief/loss and co-dependency. I'm currently on the board of the Southwestern Pennsylvania Partnership on Aging and the Age-Friendly Greater Pittsburgh Initiative Leadership team.
