This is the 3rd part of my series:

Muay Thai and Kickboxing at home

So for Level 3 of this series we gonna work on our physical preparation.

Muscles, power, strength, body coordination and balance, stamina are very important in your physical training. Especially when we are talking about Muay Thai, MMA, Kickboxing and other styles of Martial Arts.

On this level you gonna get the comprehensive collection of 2 types of workouts:

-Workout base

-Boxing Bag base

Workout section consists of Basic Workouts that you can use daily - for all muscle and abilities groups.

In the Boxing Bag section you gonna get the concepts of how to construct speed and strength work with boxing bag - include punching, kicking, striking and so on.

You also get some special workouts for your lower back condition, specific speed ladder training, workouts with and without special equipment.

And as a tradition - this course created to be used and practiced in different conditions. Is it gym, backyard or apartment (all exercises with equipment like barbell can be done with just bodyweight or small dumbbells.

Extra section consits of Boxing bag workouts from Muay Thai and Kickboxing at home Level 1.
