BOLDLY, Read and Write with a Learning Disability - LESSON 1

We'll briefly go through both Audio Activities before fully engaging in each one separately.

Here we'll be breaking 3 different words into individual sounds known as Phonemes.

Here you are engaging in an activity guided every step of the way.  You'll want to gather your supplies to write down your answers to check later within the activity.

Let's see how we did.

Here you'll be given two words in this Audio ACTIVITY.  You will be asked to remove particular sounds to see what new word is created from your deletions.

You'll have fun with this revised audio version of a scrabble game.  You'll be guided every step of the way so there won't be any confusion.

You'll now be able to check your audio responses.

Here, we will go through these two Audio Activities before we enter each one separately.

You'll be given two words in which you'll be answering some "Yes" or "No" questions. 

A review is given of the answers you came up with from the questions asked.

You'll discover any blockages in the Auditory Processing of the English Language.

You'll be given 2 words and guided through each instruction.

Any deficits in Phoneme Counting will be revealed here.

Both of these Audio Activities are discussed before taking each Activity individually.

You will be changing one Phoneme sound to create a new word.

You'll be given two words and through the questions asked will create two new words.  You'll be lead through each step of the way.

If you like logic word problems you'll enjoy this activity and the ones previous.

With this Audio Activity, you'll be gathering different Phonemes and creating words.

You'll be given a series of Phonemes that will create 3 words to be recorded to check your answers in the next Lecture.

CONGRATULATIONS on the connections created.  Now onto the next activity.

With a definition on hand; let's BRAINSTORM together with the word we are given.  You'll learn how to rhyme like a RAPPER.

Let's explore the group of words created by filling-in-the-blanks from the list of words provided.  You'll certainly enjoy this hilarious and intriguing story.

We'll have a great laugh from the story we just created.

It's time for a MENTAL BREAK!

Here you'll learn how to correctly print.
The art of cursive writing is soon becoming a lost art.  Many researchers claim the importance of cursive writing for speed and neatness.

A description of this Audio Activity will be given and how you'll match up the pattern of sounds that you hear.

You are given 4 groups of sounds and from there you be matching up the PUZZLE PIECES to the pattern of sounds that you hear.

We'll go through the list of words we've been learning from our Life Lesson #1.  You'll hear the words, and you'll discover as many of the principles and rules you have learned here in this lesson.  We'll later go through these words together.

You'll be given the expansion to your vocabulary through the words from our Life Lesson.

It is so important that we turn around any negative thoughts and opinions regarding learning, in general.  It's important to transition our minds to think in a different light.  It's time we condition our minds and get excited in our written-expression.

You'll be using some of the words discovered here in this lesson and use them in your Journey entry from the QUESTION PUT BEFORE YOU.
