  • How To Use This Course2:39

          The content of this course is equal to about 4 to 6 months of 1:1 coaching. That’s a lot of coaching!

          On top of that, this work is about deep personal transformation. You are about to change deep rooted negative patterns that have been showing up for months, if not years. This is big stuff! So please, make sure you take extra care of yourself during this course. Take it easy and be very gentle with yourself.

    Useful guidelines:

          - I recommend watching the lectures in the right order. Concepts and exercises in the last sections can not be completed without having a solid foundation, which you will learn in section 1.

      - The information explained in each lecture is important and quite condensed. So, avoid multi-tasking or watching the lectures when being in a hurry. Take some time to watch that properly and absorb fully all the concepts and information explained in each lecture. Make yourself a nice cup of tea, press play and relax ;-)

          - Work through the course at your own pace and make sure you leave yourself enough time to experiment with new concepts in your day to day life, before watching new lectures.

          - I recommend watching no more than 2 to 4 lectures per week. This way you can make sure you have enough time to absorb the information and start using it efficiently in your life, before working with new concepts.

          - For each video, you'll receive a Play-Sheet to print and complete. I recommended completing the exercises immediately after watching the video. This way, you make sure you get the most out of the course and will receive better results.

          - Avoid feeling overwhelmed by taking on too much at a time. This won't serve you and will actually be counter-productive. There is no such thing as following a strict plan or rule here. Trust that you will pick up the information you need most to move forward. You can always look back at the lectures later on if needed.

          - Lifelong, sustainable changes don't happen overnight, they take time. This is why I encourage you to gradually master the concepts and tools at your own pace before moving forward.  Going through the whole program very quickly, without taking enough time for the concepts and tools to sink in will not be beneficial for you.

       - You can chat with one another and ask questions in the discussion tab of the program. This works as a little forum for us all to connect and share, and I'll be there to answer all your questions too.

       In the discussion forum, it's vital for all of us to stay POSITIVE.  We cannot create positive life changes if we are stuck in negative thinking patterns. This why I'd like to avoid negative complaints or extended messages and instead, share your concerns and struggles in an open way.  It's also important to share what’s working well and to approach each step in the program with potential solutions to any issues that may arise. This way we can all feel supported and motivated in a inspiring, positive environment.
